Shortly after we lost our mother, we called Braman Mortuary from the hospital, they were available and came right to the hospital to transport. We were able to head straight to the 72nd mortuary where we were kindly treated and offered waters, tissues and a private room to fit our entire family. Ryan helped us make selections, he used printed material and also had selections up on the TV Screen. He made sure we were informed on pricing, profread the obituary and told us everything we needed to do. Every time we emailed him with photos for the slideshow, he responded right away that he received them. We were able to do a private family viewing earlier in the day prior to the public visitation, they did such a good job with Moms skin, hair and makeup, she looked way better than we could imagine. Braman provided the stands for the flowers, always announcing when our large family needed to be doing something and very supportive. It was nice to have champagne colored hears and limos for the funeral, they were in very good clean condition and the air conditioning worked well. The Braman drivers were always opening doors and helping. A few times the Braman staff would ask questions about our mother and was interested in learning more about her. Our family greatly enjoyed that they stayed for lunch to honor our mother at the church. Thanks to Braman, you made a sad day go very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
